Eric is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector or CPI. To become a CPI, Eric had to complete an internationally recognized 6-step process, including passing a certification exam, taking online courses, and maintaining his education and training through InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
